三文魚蛋炒飯

今日做左一個拿手小菜, 就係將昨晚剩餘的冷飯, 加上三文魚, 再打一隻蛋---- 巧妙之處在於打蛋後, 繼續在鑊裡用蛋白炒飯, 讓蛋黃置於其中, 卻不打散它, 好有窩蛋牛肉feel.... 哇.....yummy yummy.....

是的,蛋黃要生食,蛋白跟飯一齊炒.....
哇....想起都想食多次

不過等下次三文魚特價先,,,平成一磅架(即係HK $14)!!

養殖三文魚 -- 好多抗生素 -- 破壞湖區生態,影響個人健康 -- 任何地方養殖的都是,包括咱們偉大的蘇格蘭。
